Chengdu Integrated Prefabricated Pump StationIt refers to a new type of equipment that installs prefabricated pump stations and their main components underground. This new type of equipment not only reduces the time, space, and cost of civil construction, but also improves the installation technology level of the equipment and saves installation and construction manpower.
Composition structure:
1. Top cover
The prefabricated integrated pump station cover is composed of fiberglass side cover and an openable pump station cover plate. Generally speaking, it is made of embossed aluminum plate. The cover plate is flat both inside and outside, with anti slip patterns. Equipped with safety grilles, ventilation exhaust pipes, and escalators, and can be equipped with anti-theft safety locks.
2. Fiberglass drum
The vertical shaft part of the prefabricated integrated pump station. The ground penetrating radar fiberglass cylinder uses glass fiber and its products as reinforcement materials, and the cylinder is wound by a machine.
In addition, there are 2-4 lifting lugs outside the bucket for easy lifting.
3. Base
The base of the prefabricated integrated pump station is connected to the concrete bottom plate to fix the prefabricated pump components. The bottom adopts a concave design, which can resist groundwater pressure without deformation. At the same time, when the pump is restarted, the high flow rate near the pump pit can achieve self-cleaning effect, eliminating manual dredging. The foundation adopts anti floating design and reserves secondary grouting holes, which can effectively prevent the pump station from floating up.

4. Underwater pump
Submersible pump is an important pumping equipment in prefabricated integrated pump stations. When in use, the entire unit operates underwater, which is an important component of achieving the functions of boosting, lifting, and drainage of prefabricated integrated pump stations.
Construction site management requirements:
1. The layout and management of the construction site should comply with relevant industry standards.
2. A complete and professional construction organization should be established for the underground construction of pump stations, clarifying the rights and responsibilities of each unit during construction.
3. The construction documents should be formally approved, comply with the requirements of quality standards, safety standards, and normative documents, and be approved by the construction supervisory department.
4. During the construction process, construction personnel must comply with safety technical standards and adhere to construction safety requirements.
Requirements for Construction Quality Inspection
1. Before construction, quality inspection should be arranged in a timely manner to ensure that the technical indicators and quality of instruments, fittings, valves, and fire-fighting equipment meet the standards during equipment installation and construction. After construction is completed, professional quality inspection should be carried out. Those that do not meet the standards are not allowed to be put into use.
2. Construction quality inspection, including the seismic performance of the structure, stress arrangement, welding process quality, instrument installation integrity, levelness, etc. The inspection items must meet the quality standards, and the inspection results should be filled in the "Technical Documents" and "Quality Inspection Form". Only after the quality is qualified can it be officially put into use.
Technical standard requirements:
1. The design of buried prefabricated pump stations should comply with relevant specifications and standards, and installation should also meet the requirements of structural design drawings. The design should be reasonable, the installation should be complete, and safe and reliable.

2. The installation of prefabricated pump stations must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the design drawings and the construction process. The installation must be strict, and the construction quality must meet the standards. During construction, attention should be paid to parameters such as vertical, horizontal, height, and size.
3. During the construction process, the quality of the pump station installation project should comply with the technical indicators provided on the structural drawings, be safe and reliable, meet the requirements of underground space, indoor construction environment, etc., and ensure the quality of equipment installation.
4. During the construction process of water supply projects, the takeover, installation, and connection of pipelines should comply with relevant engineering standards, and the quality requirements should meet the requirements specified in the standards.
