Overview
The GR Cr chromium water quality online automatic monitoring instrument is a new generation of fully automatic total chromium online monitoring instrument developed based on Chinese national standards. The monitor adopts an integrated design, which can quickly complete sampling and testing work, and has the characteristics of automation, intelligence, stable performance, accuracy and reliability. This monitor is suitable for water quality monitoring in industrial wastewater, domestic sewage, surface water, groundwater, and drinking water fields.
Product Details

The GR Cr chromium water quality online automatic monitoring instrument consists of a sampling system, a metering system, a digestion system, a detection system, and a programmable control system. The pre treated water sample is pumped into a special reactor and first reacts with an acidic oxidizing reagent to oxidize all forms of chromium in the water sample to hexavalent chromium ions. Then, the pH of the solution is adjusted and a masking agent is added. Finally, a color developing agent is added to the mixed solution for color development reaction. Within the measurement range, the absorbance of the color developing solution is proportional to the concentration of total lead in the water sample, and the total chromium content in the water sample is detected and calculated at a specific wavelength.

Through independently designed sampling pipelines, sampling, quantification, liquid discharge, and each reagent have independent pipelines to avoid measurement errors caused by contamination.
