1. The machine adopts a multi position mechanism to sequentially process the fabric, pressing, and demolding.
2. The transmission mechanism adopts a three-stage transmission, with double crank strong compression, disc friction on the high-speed transmission shaft, clutch and flywheel devices for overload protection and energy storage.
3. The motor adopts self coupling voltage reduction starting to ensure its normal operation.
4. The machine runs fast, has a large output, and is easy to operate. By changing the mold, it can produce coal, coke, and other shaped products with specifications and diameters within the range of (Φ 85-150mm).
