Structure and principle:

1. The equipment consists of a frame, vacuum box components, vacuum drainage tank, collection pipe system, feeding device, filter cloth and tape cleaning device, reversing roller, automatic correction device, unloading device, filter cloth tensioning device, rubber filter belt, friction belt components, main and passive transmission rubber rollers, filter cloth pressure rollers, etc. The circular tape runs synchronously with the filter cloth.

2. Its working principle is:

a, Filtration stage: Under vacuum negative pressure (0.04-0.07MPa), the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and enters the vacuum chamber, where solid particles form a filter cake;

b, Washing and drying: The filter cake is further dehydrated by passing through the washing zone and the drying zone in sequence;

c, Unloading regeneration: Separate the filter cloth and tape to unload the filter cake, and regenerate the filter cloth after cleaning;

Operating standards:

Untrained personnel are strictly prohibited from operating the equipment. Before starting, it is necessary to confirm that the filter cloth is unobstructed and the vacuum system is well sealed.

Regularly check the oil level and pipeline leakage of the vacuum pump to avoid affecting the separation efficiency due to insufficient vacuum degree.

Maintenance and upkeep:

Regularly clean the filter cloth and rubber filter belt to prevent blockage and wear, and extend their service life.

Timely replace worn parts (such as friction bands) to ensure vacuum sealing effectiveness.
