Fabric stage: The material is evenly spread on the filter cloth by the fabric spreader and moves synchronously with the rubber belt.

Vacuum filtration: The vacuum box creates negative pressure, liquid passes through the filter cloth into the vacuum system, and solid particles form a filter cake.

Washing stage: The filter cake undergoes multi-stage washing during its movement, and impurities are discharged with the washing solution to improve the purity of the filter cake.

Drying stage: further remove the moisture from the filter cake through vacuum suction to reduce the moisture content.

Unloading and regeneration: After the filter cake is peeled off by a scraper, the filter cloth enters the cleaning area for regeneration, completing one cycle.
