The gypsum vacuum belt dewatering machine is a continuous solid-liquid separation equipment designed based on the principle of vacuum negative pressure, specifically developed for the dewatering of gypsum slurry. Its core structure includes an annular rubber filter belt, a vacuum sealing system, a multi-stage fabric device, a filter cloth regeneration unit, and an intelligent control system. The filter belt is made of high-strength composite rubber material, and the surface is designed with grooves to enhance the flow capacity of the filtrate; The filter cloth is made of synthetic fiber material that is resistant to clogging and wear based on the characteristics of gypsum. The equipment adopts a horizontal layout as a whole, integrating functions such as filtration, washing, drying, unloading, and filter cloth cleaning. working principle
Feed and preliminary filtration
The gypsum slurry is evenly spread on the moving filter cloth by the feeder, and the large solid particles settle first under the action of gravity, forming a filter cake layer with large gaps, reducing the subsequent filtration resistance.
Vacuum suction dehydration
After the vacuum box under the filter cloth is connected to the vacuum system, a filtration zone is formed. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and the rubber belt groove and flows into the vacuum chamber, and solid particles are trapped to form a filter cake.
Washing and drying by suction
The filter cake enters the washing area with the tape and is further washed by a multi-stage spray device to reduce the impurity content; Subsequently, it enters the drying zone and vacuum suction reduces the moisture content of the filter cake.
Unloading and filter cloth regeneration
When the filter cake reaches the discharge end, it is peeled off and discharged by a scraper; After the filter cloth is regenerated by the cleaning device, it enters the filtering area again through the correction and tensioning device, and starts the next cycle.
