It is suitable for the discharge end of high-temperature equipment such as heating furnaces in steel mills, and can effectively support and guide metal billets, ensuring stable operation of equipment and extending its service life.

The Co20 slider is made of cobalt based alloy, which has high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, laying the foundation for its long lifespan. The cobalt element in cobalt based alloys has strong high-temperature oxidation resistance, effectively improving the service life of the slider.

Working environment: The discharge end slider operates under harsh working conditions such as high temperature, oxidation, sulfurization atmosphere, and heavy load, which accelerate the wear and damage of the slider, thereby affecting its service life. For example, after using the heating furnace for about 18 months, the heat-resistant block may wear out by about 30mm in the height direction and needs to be replaced.

Manufacturing process: Precision casting or silica sol casting process can ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the slider, while optimizing the material's structure and properties, improving the slider's high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, thereby extending its service life.

Maintenance: Regular inspection and maintenance of the slider, timely cleaning of surface dirt and oxides, can maintain its good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. At the same time, checking the wear of the slider and promptly replacing the severely worn slider is also an important measure to extend its service life.
