Co20 alloy can maintain stable mechanical properties at temperatures of 1200 ℃ or even higher, making it suitable for high-temperature equipment such as heating furnaces and heat treatment furnaces. Its high-temperature strength far exceeds that of ordinary stainless steel and can withstand thermal loads.

Oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance
The dense oxide film formed on the surface effectively resists high-temperature oxidation and corrosive media (such as slag and sulfurizing gas) erosion, extending the service life. It performs particularly well in corrosive environments such as chemical and petroleum industries.

wear resistance
High hardness and toughness make it less prone to wear under friction and impact, reducing the frequency of equipment downtime for maintenance. At a high temperature of 1200 ℃, its wear resistance is 3-5 times that of ordinary stainless steel.
