Water cooled air conditioning units should be installed outdoors, requiring full fresh air movement and not using return air.
If conditions permit, the host should be installed in a location with good air quality in the surrounding environment as much as possible. Do not install it at exhaust outlets with odors or peculiar gases, such as polishing, toilets, kitchens, etc.
Water cooled air conditioners can be installed on walls, roofs, or outdoor floors, and long air ducts should be avoided (such as KS-18 type). The optimal length is generally 15-20 meters, and efforts should be made to minimize or eliminate bends in the air ducts.
When the water-cooled air conditioner is running, a certain area of doors or windows should be opened for ventilation. If there are not enough doors and windows, an exhaust fan should be installed and the exhaust volume should be ensured to be 80% of the total air supply volume of the environmentally friendly air conditioner.
The bracket for the water-cooled air conditioning unit needs to be welded with a steel structure and is required to support twice the weight of the entire unit and maintenance personnel.
