3. Technical characteristics
3.1 Component box wiring
All components on the screen have product qualification certificates or documents proving their quality. Components that have been issued with production qualification certificates should provide corresponding certificates or marks, and obsolete, outdated, and high energy consuming components should not be selected.

3.3 Technical requirements for screens
3.3.1 The screen includes all complete sets of equipment or individual components installed on it, which have sufficient mechanical strength and correct installation methods to ensure that the screen will not be damaged during lifting, transportation, storage, and installation. Meet the general technical requirements for DL/T720 power system relay cabinets and screens, and provide transportation, storage, and installation instructions for the buyer's use.
Our company is fully responsible for the correctness of the internal wiring of the cabinet screen. Under specified environmental conditions, the characteristics and functions of the supplied equipment should fully meet the requirements of the technical specifications,

3.3.3 For ease of operation and maintenance, use standardized components and assemblies.
3.3.4 There are doors in front and behind the cabinet, and there is a glass window on the front door. When the door is opened and closed, the device works normally to ensure measurement and recording accuracy. The front and rear doors of the cabinet are both embedded, with a thickness of 500mm including the thickness of the door. The front door is a single door with the door axis on the left (right) hand side (based on the person facing the front of the cabinet). The rear door is a double door with a height of 2260mm including the nameplate height (60mm). The cabinet is 800mm wide and above 2200mm above the top of the cabinet, there is a single-layer small busbar rack (with 8 small busbars). The front and rear of the screen are equipped with panel arches for easy disassembly,
3.3.5 There are installation holes on both sides of the bottom of the cabinet that are not less than the size shown in the right figure. The equipment on the protective screen should be installed in an embedded or semi embedded manner, and wired at the back. There should be appropriate lighting inside the protective screen.
3.3.6 The cabinet and its equipment are suitable for earthquake prone areas,
3.3.7 The cabinet is equipped with a 100mm cross-section steel grounding busbar, and the end of the grounding busbar is equipped with a reliable crimping terminal for connection to the grounding grid of the power station.
All grounding wires on the cabinets should be connected to the grounding busbar with at least two screws. In addition, there should be a hole with a diameter of 5mm every 10cm on the grounding busbar.
3.3.8 The internal wiring in the cabinet shall be insulated steel wires with sufficient strength that are heat-resistant, moisture resistant, and flame-retardant;
3.3.9 The interior and exterior of the screen must be cleaned, removing all debris and stains inside and outside.
3.3.10 Our company shall ensure the anti-corrosion performance of the painted surfaces inside and outside the cabinet during transportation, storage, and normal operation.
3.3.11 Each cabinet and its devices have label boxes for clear identification, and equipment with movable casings also have the same identification marks on the equipment body.
3.3.12 The connections between the devices inside the cabinet and the terminals of the screen are clearly marked.
