1. Overview:
Yuxin Intelligent MCC Control, Protection and Management Device is a new generation of digital and strong anti-interference intelligent MCC control, protection and management device designed based on the characteristics of MCC circuits, in order to adapt to the trend of intelligent terminal of secondary equipment in electrical systems and summarize the typical design experience of MCC electrical systems in China.
2、 Main features:
Solved the shortcomings of thermal relays and MCCB overload parts that cannot simulate the electrical and thermal characteristics of MCC loads. On the basis of saving thermal relays and simplifying MCCB construction, it can better protect electrical equipment.
Solved the problem of insufficient sensitivity of MCCB instantaneous release for single-phase grounding protection of long-distance power supply motors, eliminating the previous method of separately installing single-phase grounding protection for this problem.
It can solve complex process interlocks (such as interlocks between motors, interlocks between motors and physical quantities such as liquid level and temperature), and can achieve very complex interlocks on site without using relay overlap logic, improving design efficiency.
Solved the problem of blind enlargement of MCC drawer units due to secondary separation of components. The MCC distribution cabinet can be accurately planned before design, ensuring that the design progress of secondary drawings and drawing modifications will not affect the planning and production of MCC cabinets, accelerating project progress and improving production efficiency (this is particularly applicable to projects under bidding and tendering systems).
Provided an excellent intelligent terminal for process automation systems (such as DCS, SCADA, etc.), saving a lot of secondary cables and I/O devices, and improving the reliability of system operation while reducing the cost of the entire monitoring system.
The device is designed for miniaturization and can be installed in 1/2MCC drawer units.
By adopting industrial fieldbus technology (PROFIBUS/MODBUS), it is possible to quickly communicate and network with monitoring systems and PLCs, achieving remote advanced management functions.
Dual network interface design enables network redundancy and high reliability.
Designed with a wide temperature range, it can be applied outdoors.
