Improve the power factor of the line, enhance the quality of electrical energy, and extend the service life of power equipment. The contactor type is suitable for situations where the compensation speed is not required to be too fast; Due to the use of voltage zero crossing triggering technology, the thyristor type has no impact on the system and capacitors, making it suitable for situations that require frequent and rapid compensation. The thyristor 8421 control method is more suitable for systems with multiple compensation stages and large capacity, which is more economical.
This device can also be used in systems with severe harmonics, generally using two solutions One is the non tuning scheme: the capacitor compensation branch is connected in series with a certain proportion of reactors to prevent resonance between the capacitor and the system. This scheme is suitable for situations where only reactive power compensation is required without filtering. Another compensation and filtering scheme requires on-site measurement of the system, using filtering software and simulation system design to achieve harmonic content that meets the requirements of the power supply system while maintaining high performance and cost-effectiveness. Generally, if the main road is a monotonic co filtering circuit.

Operation Manual
The controller has two states: automatic (automatic light on) and manual (automatic light off), which can be set through the function keys. After power on, the first state is automatic. During automatic operation, the controller automatically switches capacitors based on the detected reactive power; In manual mode, capacitors can be switched by pressing the button.
The controller has two methods: fixed display of power factor and cyclic display of active power (P), reactive power (q), power factor (C), voltage (U), and current (E).
Press the "Function" button to display the number of routes that have been deployed; Press the "Function" button again, the code will display "Q", and the displayed value will show the minimum capacitance capacity, which can be adjusted by pressing the "▲" and "▼" buttons to increase or decrease; Press the "Function" button again, and the code will display "O". The displayed value will show the overvoltage setting value, which can be adjusted using the "▲" and "▼" keys; Press the "Function" button again, and the code will display "L". The displayed value will show the undervoltage setting value, which can be adjusted using the "▲" and "▼" keys; Press the "Function" button again, the code will display "S", and the displayed value will show the delay setting value (unit: seconds), which can be adjusted using the "▲" and "▼" keys; Press the "Function" button again, and the code will display "P". A value of "1" indicates a fixed display power factor, while a value of "2" indicates a cyclic display that can be adjusted using the "▲" and "▼" keys; Press the "Function" button again, the code will display "H", and the displayed value will show the current transformer ratio setting value. For example, "15" represents a current transformer ratio of 1500:5, which can be adjusted using the "▲" and "▼" keys. Press the "Function" button again, the code will display E, and the displayed value will show the number of switching paths, which can be adjusted using the "▲" and "▼" keys;
Note: All parameters of the controller have been set before leaving the factory, please do not adjust them arbitrarily.
