3. Technical features
3.1 The terminal box and power box housing are made of stainless steel material. The surface should be treated with spray coating, and the color should be determined by the construction unit. The surface should be smooth, shiny, and never rust. The front of the terminal box and power box should have clear markings. A louver base should be installed under the terminal box and power box, and a moisture-proof board should be installed under the terminal box and power box. The thickness of stainless steel sheet shall not be less than 1.5mm;
3.2 Terminal boxes and power boxes should have good sealing performance. The front of the box should be equipped with hinges. It should have a limit function, and the combination of the box door and the box body should have uniform pressure and good sealing. It should be able to resist wind and sand, corrosion, moisture, and meet the requirements of IP44 protection level. The terminal box and power box are each equipped with handles and locks. After opening and closing the box door, it should remain flat and unchanged.
3.3 The power box and floor mounted circuit breaker terminal box are equipped with temperature and humidity controllers and comb shaped electric heaters to prevent condensation and pre regulate temperature. The sensors are fixedly installed. Install a conversion switch inside the terminal box according to the actual operating conditions on site. The heater inside the box can be switched between manual and automatic control modes at will.
3.4 The AC and DC circuit breakers installed in the terminal box for protecting the circuit are Schneider products. The AC air switch inside the terminal box should be separated from the terminal block of the secondary circuit by an insulation board. There should be a copper busbar for working grounding inside the terminal box, and the working grounding copper busbar should be insulated from the box body.
The wiring terminals installed in the 3.5 terminal box should be flame-retardant terminals. In addition to meeting the terminal wiring requirements shown in the drawings, there should also be 15% spare terminals. Each terminal should be numbered and the distance from the cable inlet should not be less than 150mm. All wiring terminals in the terminal box should be made of Nanjing Phoenix products to ensure the mechanical and electrical reliability of the internal wiring connections in the terminal box.
3.6 Install a single-phase three hole 220V, 1.6A power socket box and a maintenance lighting lamp inside the floor mounted circuit breaker terminal box for easy use by users during daily inspection and maintenance.
