The above reaction only occurs within a temperature range of around 980 ° C without a catalyst; But under the action of the catalyst, the reaction temperature can be greatly reduced, about 300 ° C-400 ° C.
3. Ammonia addition system
3.1 Anhydrous Ammonia Addition System
Ammonia enters the evaporator and accumulator in sequence from the ammonia tank, mixes with air after pressure reduction, and is then sprayed into the flue.
3.2 Water ammonia system
Ammonia enters the high-temperature evaporator from the ammonia tank through the atomizing nozzle, and the evaporated ammonia is sprayed into the flue.

1. The installation of the desulfurization and denitrification purification equipment generally operates under negative pressure and should be arranged in front of the induced draft fan. During installation, it should be strictly installed according to the sample chart.
2. The direction of the flue should minimize bending and there should be no air leakage at any connection.
3. The valve of the water replenishment pipe should be installed indoors. After closing the valve in winter, there should be no water in the pipe to prevent freezing. Regularly check the tightness of the motor belt and replace it in a timely manner.
4. After installation, the water level in the pool should be determined by running and debugging. Normal operation should ensure the overflow water level, and desulfurization should maintain a pH value of 8-10 in the pool water.
5. Boiler operation: First, start the scraper ash removal machine, open the water replenishment valve, and then turn on the boiler. The water level in the pool should drop by (4-6) centimeters for normal operation.
6. Boiler shutdown: The scraper ash discharge machine should be delayed for at least 10 minutes before shutting down. The frequency of manual ash discharge should be determined based on the amount of coal ash powder, and the ash storage in the pool should not exceed the bottom of the pool.
