Overview
Working principle of intelligent medium frequency furnace dust collector cyclone dust collector: When the dust containing gas passes through the filter bag, small gas molecules pass through the gaps of the filter cloth with a dust layer, while large particles of dust are blocked from passing through and fall into the ash hopper due to gravity settling. When the dust on the surface of the filter cloth continues to thicken, the resistance increases, the gaps decrease, and the airflow is difficult to pass through, the dust layer accumulates to a certain extent, and various cleaning methods need to be used to empty the filter bag.

Intelligent medium frequency furnace dust collector cyclone dust collectorWorking Principle:

When dusty gas passes through the filter bag, small gas molecules pass through the gaps of the filter cloth with a dust layer, while large particles of dust are blocked from passing through and fall into the ash hopper due to gravity settling. When the dust on the surface of the filter cloth continues to thicken, the resistance increases, the gaps decrease, and the airflow is difficult to pass through, the dust layer accumulates to a certain extent, and various cleaning methods need to be used to empty the filter bag.

1. After the installation of the dust collector, it should be inspected and repaired according to the drawings. Conduct a detailed inspection of the welds inside and outside the box, air duct, and ash hopper, with a particular focus on checking the airtightness of the welds. If defects such as leakage, porosity, and biting are found, repair welding should be carried out to ensure their strength and sealing. If necessary, conduct kerosene leak detection and pressure leak detection on the entire dust collector using compressed air.
2. When there is a pressure requirement, conduct a pressure inspection on the entire dust collector as required. According to the requirements, the test pressure is generally the negative pressure experienced by the clean air chamber multiplied by a coefficient of 1.15, and the small pressure is the wind pressure value of the system fan after the dust collector. Maintain pressure for one hour, with a leakage rate of less than 2%.
3. Install the filter bag and apply the topcoat afterwards. Remove the spray pipe first and then install the filter bag. When handling and parking filter bags, attention should be paid to preventing them from coming into contact or colliding with surrounding hard or sharp objects. Do not step on or press heavily to prevent damage. The opening of the filter bag should be tightly embedded with the opening of the flower board, without tilting or leaving any gaps. The bag frame (keel) should be placed vertically from the bag mouth downwards.
4. Single machine debugging should be carried out after the installation (pressure testing) of the dust collector is completed. Various valves, such as intake and exhaust valves, ash discharge valves, screw conveyors, etc., should be debugged manually first and then electrically. All mechanical components should be free of looseness or jamming, easy and flexible, and have good sealing performance. Perform another 8-hour space load test run.
5. Conduct a simulated no-load test on the PLC programmable controller. First, check the smoothness of the pulse valve, exhaust valve, ash discharge valve, and screw conveyor line one by one, and ensure that the valves are open and closed properly. Then, control the timing according to the electrical control program to clean the entire process of each room. The timing should be accurate, the actions of each component should be correct, and the controlled valves should be opened and closed as required.
6. Linkage debugging: Perform load linkage when the entire dust removal system is started and the system fans are running, and repeat the operation in Article 13.
