Key points for use:

1. Water film dust collectors should generally be operated under negative pressure. If positive pressure is used, a large amount of dust will pass through the ventilation fan, causing the ventilation fan to wear out quickly, which is not economical and affects safe operation.
2. Before operation, the induced draft fan should be turned on first, and then the water supply system should be supplied. When shutting down the boiler, the water supply to the system should be stopped before turning off the induced draft fan. During operation, the cylinder body is not allowed to cut off water. Regularly check whether the overflow channel is unobstructed, and regularly observe the smoke temperature and smoke resistance.
3. Special attention should be paid to the sealing of the ash outlet, as it has a significant impact on the efficiency of the dust collector. Even with only 3-4% air leakage, the fine dust that has settled will be blown back up and discharged through the exhaust pipe, seriously affecting the purification of fine particles below 20-25 microns and reducing the overall dust removal efficiency by more than 40%.
4. Set up inspection holes, regularly check the ash outlet, remove accumulated ash to prevent blockage. The cover of the inspection hole should be easy to open and close, shorten the opening time, and ensure airtightness to prevent air from entering.
5. When the dust concentration of the gas is high, the inner wall of the tangential population area of the cyclone dust collector wears more severely, so it is necessary to add lining locally to improve the wear resistance of this part.
6. Before operating the water film dust collector, fill the water tank with clean water and supply water to the dust collector until there is water overflow from the overflow port. Check if the quality meets the requirements, the water supply system is unobstructed, and the ash discharge water seal is tight and leak free.

7. If the humidity of the processed gas is high, attention must be paid to heating or insulation of the dusty gas to prevent water vapor from condensing into water in the dust collector and blocking the ash outlet. However, excessive drying of gas can also reduce the dust removal efficiency of fine dust.

1. Before operation, the water tank should be filled with clean water, and water should be supplied to the dust collector until there is water overflow from the overflow port. Check if the quality meets the requirements, the water supply system should be unobstructed, and the ash discharge port should be tightly sealed without leakage.

If the desulfurization efficiency is required to be above 80%, alkaline solution must be added to the circulating water tank regularly and quantitatively to maintain the pH value of the circulating water above 9, so that the acidic wastewater and alkaline water added in the sedimentation tank can be reused after sedimentation and filtration.
5. If the dust collector stops running for a long time or the upper water tank overflows during operation, a clean water source (such as tap water) should be provided to the water tank to flush for about an hour to remove the accumulated dust in the tank.
