I. Overview

The RDJ-P1 creep monitoring device adopts Siemens PLC as the core controller and TURCK rotary encoder as the angle sensor to monitor the creep status of the water turbine unit when it is in a shutdown state. 4、 Working principle
The rotary encoder linked to the main shaft of the unit monitors the creep of the main shaft in real time. When there is a small rotational change in the main shaft of the unit, the rotary encoder immediately generates multiple corresponding pulse signals. The change amount is sent inThe high-speed I/O port of the PLC filters and converts the sampled values to accurately obtain the creep value of the unit. The PLC compares the collected values with the 2-level alarm set values to determine the alarm output status.

The input buttons on the monitoring controller are used for alarm pointsThe setting of alarm values, alarm delay time, and monitoring time period values for AL2. The digital monitor can display in detail the value of the main axis creep angle and the device status.
