1、 Purpose:

GZ (Y) series high-pressure foaming machine is a polyurethane foam injection foaming equipment. As long as the component raw materials of polyurethane -- isocyanate component and polyether polyol component -- performance indicators meet the requirements of the formula, uniform and qualified foam products can be produced through metering, mixing and injection of this equipment.

2、 Performance

This machine uses a self-cleaning mixing head to complete material mixing and quantitative injection. Therefore, after each mixing and injection, the residual mixture in the mixing chamber can be removed by itself without solvent cleaning. Under the same conditions, each ton of raw material foaming produces 3-4 cubic meters more than the low-pressure foaming machine. The mixing head ensures a service life of ≥ 300000 times.

Three. Usage:
1. This product uses a voltage of 380 volts and adopts a three-phase four wire system. Users can connect the power supply according to the direction of the pump.
2. Before use, add water to the water jacket of the two storage buckets and the gas storage tank, according to the sight pipe.
3. The feeding of pouring machine A and B liquid can be completed quickly and conveniently by opening the automatic feeding gate and the automatic feeding switch.
4. Set the required time on the pouring machine computer, then open the sample gate, turn on the automatic feeding switch, weigh the weight and weight difference of the discharged material within the set time, and adjust stations A and B to balance and achieve the required proportion for work.
5. Pouring time setting, the required working time is set according to the required amount and local flow rate. The pouring time can be set between 0-99.9 seconds with a setting accuracy of 1%.
6. After setting the pouring time, turn on the gas supply switch and turn the wrench switch to start pouring. When the set working time is reached, it will automatically stop, but it should automatically supply gas for 3-5 seconds to flush out the remaining material. Close the wrench switch and rinse the gun head with water and gas to complete the work
