Mixing work can be carried out in a sealed container, making it ideal and convenient to use.

1. Before starting the power supply, check the voltage and load current on the motor, and confirm that the input is the correct voltage and whether it is compatible with the overload relay.

2. The blades of the dosing mixer are not immersed in the liquid and must not be operated empty to avoid danger and equipment damage.

3. The fixed foundation of the equipment needs to have sufficient rigidity, and a working environment without resonance or dynamic impact is preferred.

4. Before starting the power supply of the dosing mixer, please confirm that the foundation bolts and all screws are securely fastened.

5. If there are any abnormal sounds, temperature rise, or shaking of the device after startup, it should be stopped immediately and checked again.

6. Check if the temperature of the motor is abnormal. When the load increases to normal, check if the current exceeds the rated current. If there is overload, use a higher horsepower instead.
