The dual bag filter is an efficient filtration device composed of two bag filter units connected in parallel. The main body is made of stainless steel 304/316 or carbon steel (surface anti-corrosion treatment) material. When the equipment is running, the two filtering units can work alternately. When one of the filter bags intercepts impurities and saturates and needs to be replaced, it can quickly switch to the other unit to ensure uninterrupted fluid filtration. Double bag filterBy using innovative dual unit parallel design and bag filter structure, the problem of traditional filter maintenance requiring shutdown is solved. When the equipment is running, the fluid is evenly divided into two parallel bag filter units through the inlet manifold. The filter bags inside each unit act as fine barriers, efficiently intercepting suspended particles, colloids, rust and other impurities in the fluid. The purified fluid flows out from the outlet manifold.When the filter bag of one of the filtration units intercepts impurities and reaches saturation, causing an increase in pressure difference and requiring replacement, the operator does not need to interrupt the entire system. They only need to switch the valve to direct all the fluid to another normally operating unit to quickly replace the saturated filter bag. The replacement process is simple and convenient. Simply open the quick opening end cover of the filter unit, remove the old filter bag and install a new one.
