Electric heat sources and steam thermal power are often equipped with multiple circulating fans during the transportation process, which ultimately indirectly form hot air for drying or heating operations. This process obviously has many disadvantages, such as a large amount of energy waste, excessive auxiliary equipment, and complex process. The bigger problem is that this type of heat source is powerless for tasks that require high temperature drying or baking. After years of dedicated research on these practical issues, we have finally developed the JDC series spiral finned tube indirect hot blast stove and JDC series high purification stove, which are highly popular among domestic and foreign users.

The function of the hot blast stove in ironmaking blast furnaces is to heat the blast air to the required temperature, in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the blast furnace; It works according to the principle of "heat storage". Burning coal gas in the combustion chamber, high-temperature exhaust gas passes through the grid bricks and stores heat. When the grid bricks are fully heated, the hot blast stove can switch to air supply. At this time, the combustion valves are closed, the air supply valves are opened, and the cold air is heated and sent out through the grid bricks. When the blast furnace is equipped with 3-4 hot blast stoves/'single furnace air supply', two or three are heated and one is supplied with air; When replacing/'parallel air supply' in turn, both seats are heated.
