ESDV emergency cut-off ball valve
Product Details

Gas liquid linkage ball valves are widely used in long-distance transportation of purified natural gas, coal gas and other pipelines, as opening and closing devices or emergency rescue devices for pipeline rupture (with emergency cut-off systems for pipeline rupture). This valve is a self operated ball valve that does not require external energy and can be driven by the pressure of the pipeline's own medium to achieve development or closure. The pneumatic and hydraulic linkage ball valves produced by Kaitemu Valve China Co., Ltd. are divided into two categories: those without pipeline rupture emergency rescue devices and those with pipeline rupture emergency rescue devices.
Execution mechanism:
1. Without an emergency rescue device for pipeline rupture, this type of valve is driven by the pressure of the pipeline's own medium. When there is no pressure in the pipeline, the hydraulic oil in the gas-liquid tank can be manually pumped into the actuator cylinder to achieve valve action, or an additional energy storage tank (optional) can be added to use the gas in the energy storage tank as the power source for valve action. If the user needs it, remote control can also be implemented (optional).
2. Valves with pipeline rupture emergency rescue devices, like ball valves without pipeline rupture emergency rescue devices, rely on the pressure of the pipe itself as the power source for the valve. When there is no pressure in the pipeline, the gas pressure in the manual oil pump or energy storage tank can be used as the power source for valve action. When the downstream pipeline ruptures, the pressure in the pipeline will inevitably decrease. When the pressure drop rate reaches the set value of the system, the valve will automatically close to prevent a large amount of medium from flowing out.
