Product Details

Kaitemu fully welded steam hydraulic linkage ball valve is a special pipeline ball valve product specially designed for long-distance pipelines. It has the following characteristics:
1. Valve body structure: The valve body and valve cover are welded together using an automatic submerged arc welding machine. The entire valve body has good rigidity and strong load-bearing capacity for various external loads; Due to the welding connection of the valve body, the problem of leakage between the valve bodies caused by bolt connection is avoided, therefore, the entire valve has no outward leakage source;
2. Spherical positioning method: The spherical body is positioned using two support plates, with the valve stem connected to the spherical body through a flat square. Therefore, the valve stem does not bear the shear force of the medium and the bending moment of the spherical body acting on the valve stem. As a result, the operating torque of the valve stem is reduced, the frequency of valve use is increased, and the service life of the valve is extended;
3. Valve seat sealing method:

Composite seal: The valve seat seal adopts a composite sealing method with metal seal as the primary seal and rubber seal as the secondary seal. The valve seal is reliable and the friction torque of the sealing surface is small;

Double block and discharge (DBB) function: The valve seat is designed as a double block and discharge function valve seat. When the valve is closed, pressure can be applied from upstream and downstream of the valve to seal the valve seat. By operating the drain valve set in the middle chamber, the medium in the middle chamber can be discharged at the valve switch position;
4. Valve stem sealing: using O-ring and packing double sealing, reliable sealing;
5. Emergency sealing function: Both the valve seat and stem sealing parts are equipped with emergency sealing grease injection valves. When the valve encounters unexpected situations such as fire, the emergency sealing function can be achieved by injecting grease into the sealing parts; Connecting the grease injection valve with the cleaning medium can also achieve the function of cleaning the valve body and sphere;
6. Fire and static electricity prevention function: The valve is designed with fire and static electricity prevention structures, which comply with the standards API 607/API 6FA and API 608 respectively;
7. Extended stem structure: The fully welded ball valve can be used underground by extending the stem.
