Alloy steel valves are not only corrosion-resistant and sulfur resistant, but also have strong capabilities in fire prevention, static electricity prevention, and good sealing performance. They are suitable for a wide range of pressures and temperatures, with complete full and reduced diameters, and can be equipped with various driving devices. They are an ideal valve choice for chemical, petroleum refining, natural gas extraction, and transportation systems. The valve seat sealing pair can be made of hard alloy to ensure the valve's wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and long service life. It can also be made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material to ensure zero leakage of the valve. In the event of a fire or abnormal temperature rise that causes the valve seat sealing ring to burn or soften, the operation of pipeline ball valves is still reliable. At the same time, the valve seat forms a metal to metal contact with the sphere, achieving a temporary sealing effect and preventing the fire from further expanding, in compliance with API 6FA regulations.
