Special spray wear-resistant ball valves are used for power plant boiler ash discharge, mineral powder transportation, coal powder transportation, pulp pumping, etc. Ultra wear-resistant ball valves are used for organic silicon, polycrystalline silicon, mineral powder transportation, coal powder injection transportation, slurry pumping, etc. The wear-resistant ball valve series is designed and manufactured based on foreign hard seal ball valve technology, using a special sealing structure with reliable sealing performance, truly achieving zero leakage. The sphere and valve seat have good shear self-cleaning function. The sealing pair is treated with tungsten carbide high wear-resistant alloy hardening technology, which has high hardness and super wear resistance performance. Its service life is more than twice that of conventional metal sealing ball valves, and its appearance still maintains the beautiful shape of conventional ball valves. It is particularly suitable for special working conditions such as dust removal in power plants, blast furnace ash discharge, coal powder transportation, polycrystalline silicon, and organic silicon projects, completely solving the problem of valve wear and frequent replacement that has long plagued the above systems. It not only saves procurement costs, but also reduces economic losses caused by system shutdown.
The wear-resistant ball valve produced by Kaitam Ball Valve Company is made by injecting tungsten carbide wear-resistant alloy onto the surface of the valve ball to increase its hardness and wear resistance. When the medium particles pass through the valve pipeline, they can resist the erosion and wear of the medium on the valve body, especially the spherical surface and sealing ring, and increase its service life. Its hardness is usually 45-55 on the chromium hardness scale. In addition, tungsten carbide wear-resistant alloy is sprayed onto the surface of the sphere through supersonic flame spraying equipment and flame spraying to achieve a hardness between 70-80, which can resist the abrasion of harder particle media. This is the ultra wear-resistant ball valve produced by Kaite Valve. In addition, we also tailor our services to customers, improve personalized services, and provide non-standard structure and import substitution design and production. Usually, recommendations are made based on understanding the working conditions, medium conditions, temperature and pressure requirements of the products that users need, while also considering their cost-effectiveness to save costs for customers as much as possible.
The Kaitam wear-resistant ball valve can operate at a temperature of 425 degrees Celsius and adopts a one-way sealing form. The driving methods include manual, electric, and pneumatic. Nominal diameter DN: 15-20mm, nominal pressure PN 1.6-4.0MPa, applicable temperature: -29 ℃ -425 ℃, materials: WCB, 304, 316, etc Maintenance and assembly of ball valves: It is necessary to confirm that the pressure in the upstream and downstream pipelines of the wear-resistant ball valve has been relieved before proceeding with disassembly and assembly operations. When disassembling and reassembling, care must be taken to prevent damage to the sealing surface of the parts, especially non-metallic parts. Use special tools to remove the O-ring. The bolts on the flange must be tightened symmetrically, gradually, and evenly during assembly; The cleaning agent should be compatible with rubber parts, plastic parts, metal parts, and working media (such as gas) in steel ball valves. When the working medium is gas, gasoline can be used to clean metal parts. Clean non-metallic parts with pure water or alcohol; The decomposed individual parts can be cleaned by immersion washing. Metal parts that have not yet decomposed can be cleaned with a clean and fine silk cloth soaked in cleaning agent (to prevent fibers from falling off and adhering to the parts). During cleaning, all grease, dirt, adhesive buildup, dust, and other substances adhering to the wall surface must be removed. Non metallic parts should be immediately removed from the cleaning agent after cleaning and should not be soaked for a long time; After cleaning, it is necessary to wait for the wall cleaning agent to evaporate (which can be wiped with a silk cloth that has not been soaked in cleaning agent) before assembly, but it should not be left for a long time, otherwise it will rust and be contaminated by dust. Ball valve components also need to be cleaned before assembly. Lubricate with grease. Lubricating grease should be compatible with the metal material, rubber parts, plastic parts, and working medium of the ball valve. When the working medium is gas, special 221 lubricating grease can be used, for example. Apply a thin layer of lubricating grease on the surface of the seal installation groove, a thin layer of lubricating grease on the rubber seal, and a thin layer of lubricating grease on the sealing and friction surfaces of the valve stem; During assembly, metal debris, fibers, grease (excluding those specified for use), dust, and other impurities, foreign objects, etc. should not be allowed to contaminate, adhere, or remain on the surface of the parts or enter the internal cavity.
