2.2 Technical Characteristics of Electricity Meter
Number of devices:
Electricity meter: A fully electronic intelligent electricity meter can be selected, each meter has active bidirectional, capacitive reactive power pulse output, and RS485 serial ports (2)
Communication function, protocol adopts DL/T645-1997 protocol: complete the joint debugging function with the remote monitoring system before leaving the factory.
Equipment power consumption: not very dry 4VA, battery: provides backup power for the clock to work normally in case of power failure. It is a green and environmentally friendly column lithium battery, which should be reliably connected to the circuit board. The lithium battery adopts 1/2AA type, with a capacity of about 1Ah (10%), and the production date of the battery does not differ from the required delivery date by more than 1 year.
3. Technical characteristics of electric meter cabinet
3.1 The electric meter cabinet (or screen) includes all complete sets of equipment or individual components installed on it, which have sufficient mechanical strength and correct installation methods. Meet the requirements of the DL/T720 General Technical Specification for Power System Relay Protection Cabinets and Screens, ensuring that the meter cabinet (or screen) will not be damaged during lifting, transportation, storage, and installation.
3.2 The mechanical structure of the electricity meter cabinet (or screen) can defend against:
dust
damp
Salt pollution
Insects and animals
The specified high and low temperatures
Vibration of the bracket of the electric meter cabinet
3.3 The cabinet should have doors at the front and back, with glass windows on the front door. The front and rear doors of the electricity meter cabinet are embedded, and the thickness of the electricity meter cabinet, including the thickness of the door, is 600mm. The front door is a single door, and the door shaft is on the left (right) hand side (based on the person facing the front of the cabinet). The rear door is a double door, and the front and rear doors are locked. The height of the cabinet, including the height of the nameplate (60mm), is 2260mm in total. The cabinet is 800mm wide, and a single-layer small busbar rack (with 16 small busbars) is installed above 2200mm on the top of the cabinet. The front and rear screen eyebrows of the screen body can be disassembled.
3.4 The electric meter cabinet and its equipment can be used in earthquake prone areas.
The 3.5 meter cabinet is equipped with a 100mm cross-section steel grounding busbar, which is insulated from the screen body. The end of the grounding busbar is equipped with reliable crimping terminals for connection to the grounding grid of the power station,
All grounding wires on the cabinets are connected to the grounding busbar with two screws. In addition, there is a hole with a diameter of 5mm left every 10cm on the grounding busbar.
The arrangement of equipment and terminals in the 3.6 electricity meter cabinet ensures the independence of each set of devices, and does not affect the normal operation of any other set of devices during maintenance of one set of devices.
The internal wiring in the 3.7 electricity meter cabinet is made of heat-resistant, moisture resistant, and flame-retardant insulated steel wires with sufficient strength.
3.8 The wires are undamaged, and the ends of the wires are connected using compression type connectors. Cable trays are provided for easy fixation of cables and terminal blocks.
3.9 The terminal support shall ensure sufficient insulation level (rated voltage not less than).
3.10 The terminal block should be divided into sections, and the terminal block should have at least 20% spare terminals, which can be added if necessary
3.11 The wiring led to the terminal block considers the rationality of cable outgoing lines. Terminals led out from the same cable are arranged on the same side closer to the terminal. The circuit that introduces two or more cable cores must have sufficient connection ends to avoid one terminal pressing two wires.
The AC current, voltage, and DC power supply on the 3.12 terminal block cannot be connected to adjacent terminals, and the positive and negative terminals of the DC power supply are also not connected to adjacent terminals
3.13CT and PT circuits use AC breakable test terminals. Signal circuits use breakable terminals, and the cross-sectional area of AC circuit wires is not less than 25mm2
3.14 DC characteristic fast small switches should have action indicators and sufficient interruption capacity. Select DC characteristic small switch
Clean the interior and exterior of the 3.15 screen, removing all debris and stains inside and outside.
3.16 Ensure the anti-corrosion performance of the painted surfaces inside and outside the electricity meter cabinet during transportation, storage, and normal operation.
3.17 Each cabinet and its devices have label boxes that can be clearly identified, and equipment with movable casings should also have the same identification marks on the equipment body.
3.18 For components and plugins that must be replaced according to the manufacturer's regulations, special symbols are marked.
The connections between the devices inside the 3.19 electricity meter cabinet and the screen terminal block, as well as between devices, are clearly marked.
The external dimensions of the 3.20 electric meter cabinet are 2260 (2360) × 800 × 600mm.
