Introduction to HEPR rural domestic sewage electrolytic phosphorus removal equipment
Wastewater often contains a large amount of phosphorus, and discharging it into water bodies can cause excessive growth of algae, leading to eutrophication and deterioration of water quality. After extensive on-site practical experience verification, the electrolytic phosphorus removal reactor has achieved a phosphorus removal rate of over 90% in domestic sewage treatment.
At the same time as removing phosphorus, efficient electrolytic flocculation is utilized to generate highly adsorptive and active flocculation groups, which have good removal effects on insoluble polymer organic matter; At the same time, combining with electric flotation and electro oxidation can further improve its removal rate of organic matter, especially for organic matter that is difficult to biodegrade. Strong oxidation can be used to cut chemical bonds and improve the biodegradability of organic matter. Combined with biochemical treatment methods, the goal of fully degrading COD can be further achieved, with a removal rate generally between 30% and 80%. Continuously and stably ensuring that the effluent meets Class A discharge standards.
The electrode plate adopts a new type of metal composite material, which contains electrochemically active substances and additives. The electrochemically active substances are iron oxides or hydroxides. The electrode composite material has good thermal stability and electrochemical performance, strong reaction activity, low wear and tear, and low replacement cost.
Energy consumption: According to the characteristics of domestic sewage quality, the electricity consumption for treating 1 ton of water is 0.5-0.8 kWh.
Electrode plate loss: According to the characteristics of domestic sewage quality, the electrode plate replacement cycle is about 2 years, and the electrode plate consumption cost is 0.01-0.03 yuan/ton of water.
It can be used independently as a finished equipment or combined with A/O integrated equipment. The various modules of the reactor are built into the A/O integrated equipment and become a part of it. According to the internal space, processing capacity, and processing requirements of the integrated equipment, the module structure of the appropriate size can be customized, which not only reduces the equipment investment cost for customers, but also increases the overall aesthetics of the equipment.
