During the movement of the rubber belt, it utilizes the moisture in the slurry to form a water seal with the vacuum chamber. At the same time, the vacuum filter utilizes the lubrication and cooling functions of sealing water as a lubricant and coolant, reducing wear on the annular rubber and related components.

The device is easy to operate and can run continuously. The filtration efficiency is good, with a large processing capacity and high production capacity among the filter series products. In addition, the vacuum filter has good washing effect and can obtain higher quality filter cake.
The core working principle is to use the negative pressure generated by vacuum suction as the driving force for filtration, so that the liquid (filtrate) in the slurry passes through the filtering medium (filter cloth), while the solid particles are trapped on the surface of the filter cloth to form a filter cake. Unlike traditional disc or drum vacuum filters, its filtration area is a continuous, horizontally running circular rubber belt, which gives it performance advantages.

Structure and Process Flow Diagram

The filter belt of the equipment unloads the filter residue when it moves to the other end, and moves back to the initial end from the lower part of the filter machine. The filter belt passes through the cleaning area for cleaning and regeneration during the movement. The operating vacuum pressure of the filter is generally (0.25-0.8) × 105 Pa, and the moving speed of the filter belt is generally 0.3-30 meters per minute.
