Key points for use

1. For viscous samples, a 0.45 μ m filter membrane is preferred to reduce clogging; Use a 0.22 μ m filter membrane for sterilization.

2. During installation, ensure that the PTFE sealing ring is in place and the fixture is clamped to prevent air leakage from affecting the filtration rate.

3. Immediately remove and clean the filter screen after filtration to prevent residual crystals from blocking the grid pores.

4. Regularly check the water blocking protector and replace the hydrophobic filter element in a timely manner when it is blocked.
