1. Conduct various routine inspections in a planned manner based on equipment operation and customer needs.
To ensure a more stable efficiency of the evaporative cooling unit, please use this product under the following conditions.
Environmental temperature, 18 ℃ -45 ℃
Relative humidity of the environment, ≤ 85%
Atmospheric pressure, 86Kpa-16Kpa
The water supply needs to be softened, with a water supply temperature of ≤ 45 ℃ and a water supply pressure of 0.15-0.6Mpa
The voltage deviation shall not exceed ± 10% of the rated voltage,
The air quality in the usage environment should meet the GB 3096 standard of Grade III or above (including Grade III)
A non corrosive environment.
3. This product is flammable and should not be placed near sources of fire during transportation, installation, or operation.
4. Please pay attention to whether the inlet and outlet pipes are well connected before use, otherwise leakage may cause damage to other equipment or products.
5. To ensure the best performance of this machine, sufficient open doors or windows should be ensured. If there are not enough open doors or windows, louvers can be installed or other mechanical ventilation equipment can be installed.
6. During the operation of this machine, do not disassemble the evaporator, top cover and other machine accessories. If maintenance or repair of the machine is required, the power should be cut off first, otherwise it may cause damage to the machine or personal injury.
7. Please check the condition of the motor during installation and do not use fuses or other metal wires with incorrect capacity.
To ensure the cooling effect, areas with relatively turbid air may consider installing filter screens.
9. For places with strict requirements for humidity and temperature, professional guidance should be sought for use.
10. If there are any abnormal situations during the operation of this product, please notify our company or the dealer for repair.
