The CT-A02 adult female torso phantom was designed based on a CT dataset of a 35 year old healthy female patient who was 168 centimeters (5 feet 5 inches) tall and had a BMI adjusted to 22. This model was developed using advanced artificial intelligence (AI) software and incorporates algorithms from Lingxian to extract anatomical structures, ensuring high accuracy and anatomical precision within the phantom.

The design of adult female torso models has multimodal compatibility and has been optimized for X-rays, CT, and MRI, making it a versatile tool suitable for various clinical and research purposes. Its excellent tissue simulation material closely replicates the soft tissue and bones of real human tissue. This high level of realism is particularly beneficial for radiology training, as medical students, residents, and technicians can use this model on different imaging devices to gain practical experience.
The model also provides insights into several specialized fields dedicated to women's health and general medical fields that often address women specific illnesses. For example, gynecological, breast oncology, and mammography examinations may be customized to address obstetric issues, including childbirth and pregnancy.
In terms of MRI applications, the phantom tissue has a true T2 relaxation time value, which makes this product suitable for any T2 weighted MRI imaging method. The proton density imaging method can also obtain very good results. The model can still be imaged using the T1 weighting method, but the T1 values are not very realistic, ranging from approximately 100 milliseconds.
