The flue gas desulfurization and denitrification purification equipment is a new technology in the field of environmental protection equipment, involving a new process for removing SO2, NOX, and heavy metals from flue gas in one device. The process uses a combination of alkali, calcium oxide, ammonia water, and hydrogen peroxide absorption solution to absorb pollutants and generate by-products such as ammonium sulfate and nitrate, which are used as agricultural fertilizers. The device includes a core equipment - an absorption tower and two functional systems, as well as a process facility with four liquid circulation systems.

The absorption system is the third level system of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification system, mainly composed of alkali preparation tank, pH detector, absorption circulation pump, circulation water tank, inlet and outlet pipelines of water pump, and slurry spray layer.

Prepare alkali solution in the alkali solution preparation tank, control the amount of alkali solution added to the circulating water tank by a pH detector, and prepare the circulating water. By absorbing the circulating water pump to extract circulating water, it enters the spray layer for atomization, and fully contacts with the flue gas to absorb nitrogen oxides and residual sulfur dioxide, ultimately forming sulfates, nitrates, or nitrites. The alkaline slurry sprayed from the slurry nozzle is collected through the inclined partition inside the absorption tower and returned to the circulating water tank. The required overall desulfurization and denitrification efficiency is adjusted by controlling the pH value of the slurry, the flow rate of the absorption circulating pump, and other parameters.

1. The installation of the desulfurization and denitrification purification equipment generally operates under negative pressure and should be arranged in front of the induced draft fan. During installation, it should be strictly installed according to the sample chart.

2. The direction of the flue should minimize bending and there should be no air leakage at any connection.

3. The valve of the water replenishment pipe should be installed indoors. After closing the valve in winter, there should be no water in the pipe to prevent freezing. Regularly check the tightness of the motor belt and replace it in a timely manner.

4. After installation, the water level in the pool should be determined by running and debugging. Normal operation should ensure the overflow water level, and desulfurization should maintain a pH value of 8-10 in the pool water.

5. Boiler operation: First, start the scraper ash removal machine, open the water replenishment valve, and then turn on the boiler. The water level in the pool should drop by (4-6) centimeters for normal operation.

6. Boiler shutdown: The scraper ash discharge machine should be delayed for at least 10 minutes before shutting down. The frequency of manual ash discharge should be determined based on the amount of coal ash powder, and the ash storage in the pool should not exceed the bottom of the pool.
