1. The rubber diaphragm is molded from natural rubber, and artificial additives are added to the rubber to improve its chemical resistance and bending performance.

When pressing the rubber diaphragm, a nylon woven mesh is placed inside the rubber to disperse stress and strengthen the diaphragm.

1. Pneumatic diaphragm pumps generally experience vibration and require the installation of foot bolts.

2. If dirt enters the compressed air, it will affect the normal start of the pump. It is recommended that users install pneumatic triple fittings.

3. When replacing the diaphragm, it is necessary to clean the wrist connecting rod and lead sleeve inside the pump, and do not damage the white PTFE sealing ring. Install it as it is and it can be used.

4. When suctioning media that are prone to freezing, a valve should be installed at the inlet of the pump. When the pump is stopped, the valve should be closed first, and then the pump should be turned on for a few minutes until the medium in the pump body is completely drained to avoid difficulty in starting the pump again.
