Fully enclosed plate filterIt is a well-designed and efficient solid-liquid separation equipment. Its core structure is a vertical closed pressure vessel, and the core working components inside the vessel are a set of vertically suspended, parallel arranged rectangular or circular filter elements. These filter elements are composed of dedicated support nets and precision filter cloth wrapped around them, providing a huge effective surface area for the filtration process. The bottom of the container is usually designed as a cone to facilitate the collection of solid materials, and an efficient mechanical vibration device is integrated to achieve efficient slag discharge.


When the equipment is working, the material to be processed is pushed into the container by the external conveying pump, filling the space between all filter elements. Under the pressure of the system, the liquid phase substance penetrates the filter cloth on the filter element and becomes clear filtrate, which is discharged through the collection pipe. The solid particles are precisely trapped on the surface of the filter element by the filter cloth, and gradually accumulate to form a uniform filter cake as the process continues. If required by the process, washing solution can be introduced after filtration to wash the filter cake, in order to recover effective ingredients or remove impurities. To further reduce the moisture content of the filter cake, compressed air or inert gas can be introduced for cross flow drying, which is a practical process feature of this equipment.

When a filtration cycle ends, the equipment slag discharge port opens and the vibrator (pneumatic or electric) integrated on the tank is activated. The mechanical force of a specific frequency and direction generated by the vibrator is transmitted to the entire filter element group through the vibration rod, causing the filter cake attached to the surface of the filter cloth to instantly loosen and break due to vibration, and smoothly discharged from the cone bottom under the action of gravity. This vibration slag removal method is efficient and can effectively reduce material residue on the surface of the filter cloth, which is beneficial for maintaining long-term stable filtration efficiency and extending the service life of the filter cloth.
