1、 Function Introduction
1. TGPS-01 adopts a military grade core receiving module, which has fast timing and positioning speed and high accuracy.
2. The device provides dual serial RS232 output with adjustable multiple baud rates, making it easy to interface with other communication devices. The B-code version can output IRIG-B format time codes.
3. Provide 48 synchronous clock pulses, with unlimited expansion by adding external pulse amplification, and adjustable hour, minute, and second pulses.
4. The front panel LCD can display absolute time and latitude and longitude.
2、 Installation structure
This device adopts a standard 19/2-inch chassis, with a full panel and embedded installation structure. The communication and pulse output interfaces are located on the back panel of the chassis, and the front panel can be opened by a door.
Note: When users install the antenna, it is best to place it in an open outdoor area with a viewing angle greater than 120 degrees, the larger the better, which is beneficial for improving the initial timing speed.
3、 Serial Communication Protocol
The serial port outputs 16 bytes at a time, with the first bit fixed as an asterisk (*), the next 14 bits as ASCII format time information, and finally as a single byte checksum. As shown in the table below:
0 * The starting byte bit is fixed to*
1 year, represented in four bit ASCII format, with the highest bit (in thousands)
2 years 2 years represented in four bit ASCII, second bit (hundred bits)
3 years 3 years represented in four bit ASCII, with the third bit (ten digits)
4 years and 4 years are represented in four bit ASCII, with the lowest bit (in units)
May high month is represented by two ASCII digits, with the highest digit (ten digits)
At the end of June, the month is represented in two ASCII bits, with the lowest bit (in units)
On the 7th day of the high day, it is represented in two ASCII digits, with the highest digit (ten digits)
On the day of arrival on the 8th, it is represented in two ASCII characters, with the lowest bit (in units)
At 9 o'clock, it is represented by two ASCII bits, with the highest digit (ten digits)
At 10 o'clock low, it is represented by two ASCII bits, with the lowest bit (in units)
A high score of 11 is represented by two ASCII digits, with the highest digit (ten digits)
12 points low score is represented by two bit ASCII, with the lowest bit (in units)
13 seconds high second is represented by two ASCII bits, with the highest bit (ten digits)
The low second of 14 seconds is represented by two ASCII bits, with the lowest bit (in units)
15 checksum is the byte sum of 1-14 time information (excluding * and checksum itself)
For example, the serial port output is
* 1 9 9 8 0 1 2 2 1 0 1 2 3 0 □
0x2a 0x31 0x39 0x39 0x38 0x30 0x31 0x32 0x32 0x31 0x30 0x31 0x32 0x33 0x30 0xf1
The representative time is 10:12:30 on January 22, 1998.
4、 Main applications
The TGPS-01 satellite timing device is mainly used in situations where time requirements are relatively precise. Currently, it is widely used in the timing of protection devices in substations. Often used in conjunction with the protection recording information remote transmission system.
5、 Attachment inspection
When unpacking the TGPS-01 device, it includes:
One device, one user manual, and one set of antennas.
If any of them are missing, please promptly request them from the manufacturer.
