Gravity based integrated water purifier

Overview

With the improvement of people's living standards in our country, tap water has rapidly spread to various towns and villages. To meet the requirements of this new situation, our company has developed the ZLJS series gravity integrated water purifier. This water purifier was designed by our company's technical personnel and adopted two of the latest scientific research achievements in China. It was developed by integrating advanced process technology from water treatment plants and is currently the latest water treatment equipment used in China. This equipment has undergone water quality testing and its turbidity index meets the national standard for water hygiene.

This product has been appraised by provincial and municipal experts and engineering technicians, and has always been believed to fill the gap in water purification for industrial and mining water supply in rural areas within the province. It has the characteristics of short process flow, high treatment efficiency, good water purification effect, small land occupation, and convenient transportation and installation. It is suitable for water purification treatment in villages, towns, railways, highway stations, passenger ships, and port terminals, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises and military construction areas far away from cities.

working principle

The water purifier is composed of reaction, precipitation, filtration and other water purification processes, and adopts advanced technologies such as folded plate reaction, inclined tube precipitation, filtration and backwash filter. The raw water is extracted by a first stage pump and then mixed with a coagulant (which can be injected by metering or added by gravity in the reaction tank), and then enters the folded plate reaction tank through the inlet pipe. The folded plate reaction produces alum flowers, which are separated into solid and liquid in the sedimentation tank. After sedimentation, the water enters the filter tank for filtration to obtain clean water.
