Working Principle:

Using chemical reaction and automatic slow-release delayed pressure chlorination process, solid agents with a chlorine content of over 75% are used as the main raw material. This product does not require a power supply, and the slow-release sterilizer has a simple structure, easy operation, and does not require specialized maintenance. It can control the dosage of the medication on its own, with low production and usage costs, and has good safety effects. The slow-release sterilizer is composed of a box body, with inlet and outlet ports on both sides of the box body; There is a slow-release pipe connected between the inlet and outlet, with one or more sealed dosing chambers above the slow-release pipe, and a horizontal partition inside the box below the dosing chamber.

Used as a disinfectant. Including disinfectants for drinking water, treatment of swimming pool water, disinfection and sterilization of infectious disease areas, disinfection of livestock and poultry, sericulture, preservation and preservation of fruits and vegetables, etc. Install the slow-release sterilizer on the clean water tank, 1 meter away from the inlet, and align the inlet - sterilizer - outlet in a straight line. Installation and usage instructions for slow-release sterilizer:

1. The inlet water should be connected to the power water, and the water pressure should be below 0.2Mpa. If it exceeds the rated water pressure, a pressure reducing valve must be installed in advance;

2. The outlet water (disinfectant mixture) directly contacts the raw water in the water tank or is connected to the inlet pipe of the water pump;

3. Add medication (CL), remove the top cover, rotate the medication chamber cover, add the required amount of medication, cover and seal,

4. Connect the power supply, turn on the indicator power switch and start (non powered devices do not require power);

5. Gradually open the inlet ball valve and adjust it from small to large to the required flow rate of L/min for the outlet;

6. Residual chlorine monitoring: Monitor the residual chlorine in the factory water on the second day, adjust the dosage and flow rate based on the results, and monitor the residual chlorine at the end of the pipeline network three days later.

Inspection of slow-release sterilizer equipment during operation:

1. Is the data on the operation panel normal. (Temperature, frequency, etc.)

2. Check if the air intake is normal, and if the liquid level and color of the reaction solution in the reactor are normal. (Ensure sufficient reaction time)

3. Check if the sound and temperature of the metering pump are normal and if there are any leaks.

4. Check if the water bath level is normal.

5. Check if the liquid levels of sodium chloride and hydrochloric acid tanks are normal. (Do not lower than the centerline of the metering pump)

6. Observe whether there are foreign objects in the single flow valve of the liquid outlet pipe and whether the action is flexible.

7. Is the explosion-proof plug functioning properly.

8. Is the temperature of the outlet pipe normal. (Not lower than 35 ℃)

Instructions for turning on the slow-release sterilizer equipment:

1. Check that the liquid level in the water bath and reaction kettle should be at 1/2. (Liquid level tube)

2. Turn on the thermostat to raise the water bath temperature to the set temperature. (Around 50 ℃)

3. Exclude the air inside the metering pump and calibrate the metering pump (calibration should be based on the liquid output after the back pressure valve, while maintaining consistent back pressure between the two metering pumps of the same machine). The back pressure should be 1 bar higher than the maximum inlet pressure.

4. Adjust the power water pressure to a stable state to ensure the stable operation of the water injector.

5. Run the metering pump and gradually adjust it to the required flow rate.

6. Adjust the reaction kettle to the liquid level after the operation is stable. (Ensure a response time of at least 30 minutes)

7. Observe the color of the liquid level tube in the reaction kettle, the working status of the single flow valve, and whether the temperature of the outlet tube is normal.
