HXJ type chlorine dioxide generator

Overview

The HXJ chlorine dioxide generator is a new generation of chemical method chlorine dioxide generator developed by our company's researchers through the introduction of the "three-stage bending" reaction system. It is an updated product that replaces sodium hypochlorite, point solution chlorine dioxide and other generators. This device does not require clicking and is fully automated for chemical synthesis.

Scope of application

　　Tap water, self prepared well water, secondary water supply for disinfection; Disinfection of swimming pool water; Sterilization and disinfection in the food and beverage industry; Disinfection of hospital wastewater; Disinfection of aquatic product farms; Bleaching in the papermaking and printing and dyeing industries; Sterilization, decolorization, deodorization, and algae removal for reclaimed water reuse; Ferric chloride and manganese are used to remove odors caused by phenols and algae.

The generator consists of a three-stage folding reactor system, a feeding system, a quantitative dosing system, a reaction system, an accelerated reaction system, a constant temperature system, an absorption neutralization system, a safety protection system, an automatic shutdown system, and a residual night treatment system.

Performance Characteristics

The generator is made of inorganic saline solution containing chlorine and acidic activator as raw materials, with strong generating ability (bending reaction, air stirring), high yield, no need for power, and fully automated chemical synthesis. The chlorine dioxide produced is safe, non-toxic, and has no side effects on the human body. No free chlorine is produced, and the treated water is free of chlorides (such as carcinogens like trichloromethane).

The structure is reasonable and reliable, and the disinfectant has a broad-spectrum, efficient, and rapid disinfection effect. Low equipment investment, low operating costs, and comprehensive usage costs are only 53% of the same specifications of sodium hypochlorite generators or electrolytic chlorine dioxide generators. Small size, light weight, no need for civil engineering, easy installation. The chlorine dioxide content in the produced mixed gas is 68.8%.
