-Measurement principle:
Residual chlorine/chlorine dioxide probe: using the principle of constant voltage measurement, with a three electrode structure (working electrode, counter electrode, and reference electrode), and integrating pH glass electrode and PT100 temperature electrode, it solves the pH and temperature compensation of residual chlorine measurement under complex working conditions, ensuring high accuracy and stability of measurement results;
Turbidity probe: The light source adopts warm white LED (color temperature 3200K), which measures the turbidity of water based on the 90 ° scattering principle and meets the EPA-180.1 standard. It can effectively measure the turbidity changes under different water quality conditions;
ORP probe: a composite electrode structure based on platinum electrode and reference electrode, used for accurate measurement of oxidation-reduction ability in water, widely used in water quality monitoring and chemical treatment processes;
Conductivity: The graphite four electrode measurement principle, with built-in PT100 temperature compensation, can achieve accurate measurement of conductivity over a wide range (0-100mS/cm), suitable for conductivity monitoring of various water quality types.

This industrial multi parameter online analyzer has built-in temperature and pH dual parameter compensation functions on the electrodes, using algorithms to reduce the impact of temperature and flow rate on residual chlorine and pH values. The electrode implementation system has no membrane or filling solution, resulting in low maintenance.
The MS5056 Pro series industrial multi parameter online analyzer comes with a self-cleaning flow cell as standard, which can achieve active cleaning of the probe and is suitable for more harsh and complex water samples. It can effectively reduce the daily maintenance of the probe and is simpler and more convenient to use.
The MS5056 industrial panel type multi parameter online analyzer has a chlorine electrode made of gold material, which is more stable.
The MS5056 industrial multi parameter online analyzer turbidity sensor uses an LED detection light source that complies with the USEPA 180.1 standard color temperature, which is an approved method under USEPA 40 CFR 141.74 (a) (1). The highest resolution can reach 0.001NTU, and it runs stably for a long time.
The MS5056 Pro series industrial multi parameter online analyzer adopts a turbidity probe that is more suitable for industrial sites, a pollution resistant embedded optical glass detection channel, and is more suitable for applications such as cooling and circulating water.
MS5056 industrial multi parameter online analyzer is designed for different application scenarios, and customers can choose residual chlorine or chlorine dioxide measurement according to their needs. And conductivity and ORP probes can be optionally selected to meet various needs.
For high chlorine water quality environments/seawater environments, customers can choose corrosion-resistant materials (CPVC material) for residual chlorine or chlorine dioxide electrodes, as well as titanium alloy turbidity probes.
