Liquid inhalation

The liquid enters the center area of the impeller simultaneously from the dual suction ports on both sides of the pump body. Under the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating impeller, the liquid is thrown towards the outer edge of the impeller.

Pressure increase

After the liquid enters the pump casing, the pressure gradually increases and is transported to the destination through the outlet pipeline.

Formation of low pressure zone

The center of the impeller forms a low-pressure zone, and the inlet liquid continuously flows towards the low-pressure zone under atmospheric pressure, forming a continuous circulation process.

Structural features:

The suction and discharge ports of the device are both located below the pump axis, perpendicular to the axis in a horizontal direction. During maintenance, the pump cover can be lifted to remove all parts without disassembling the motor and pipelines.

Mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, shaft, impeller, sealing ring, shaft sleeve, bearing components, and sealing components. The material of the shaft is high-quality carbon structural steel, while the material of other components is basically cast iron. The impeller, sealing ring, and shaft sleeve are vulnerable parts.

Materials: According to the actual needs of users, the materials for S-type double suction centrifugal pumps can be copper, cast iron, ductile iron, 316 stainless steel, 416; Materials such as 7 stainless steel, bi-directional steel, Hastelloy, Monet alloy, titanium alloy, and 20 grade alloy.

Rotation direction: When viewed from the motor end towards the pump, the "S" series pump rotates counterclockwise, with the suction port on the left and the discharge port on the right. The pump rotates clockwise, with the suction port on the right and the discharge port on the left.
