Liquid inhalation stage
Before starting the pump, it needs to be filled with liquid to create a vacuum zone in the center of the impeller, and atmospheric pressure will push the liquid into the suction chamber.
The impeller rotates at high speed, and the blades push the liquid to undergo centrifugal motion.
Pressure Boosting Stage
The liquid obtains kinetic energy and pressure energy at the outer edge of the impeller, and is decelerated and pressurized through the diffusion tube of the pump casing, resulting in an increase in pressure.
Multi stage pumps achieve higher head by connecting multiple impellers in series.
Automatic voltage stabilization mechanism
The export pressure sensor monitors pressure in real time and adjusts the motor speed through a frequency converter to maintain constant pressure output.
When the pressure is balanced, the pump enters low-power standby mode to reduce energy consumption.
