Zeolite molecular sieve avoids oil and water. Oil can clog the pores of zeolite molecular sieves. Especially during the regeneration process, oil may carbonize and block pores. For oil, water, and gas, oil and water should be separated before the zeolite molecular sieve tower. Due to the heat released by zeolite molecular sieves during water absorption, liquid water directly contacts zeolite molecular sieves, releasing a large amount of heat. The performance of zeolite molecular sieves may be dangerous or damaged.
When switching zeolite molecular sieve columns with pressure, the pressure inside the tower should be slowly reduced. For example, excessive decompression speed may lead to the fragmentation and pulverization of zeolite molecular sieve particles. The higher the regeneration temperature, the safer the regeneration, but the higher the regeneration energy consumption, and the longer the service life of zeolite molecular sieve. Therefore, the regeneration temperature should be between 200 ℃ and 350 ℃. The regeneration temperature generally does not exceed 600 ℃, otherwise the zeolite molecular sieve may lose its activity.
