Overview

The ion rod electrostatic water processor consists of an ion rod probe and a power box. The ion rod probe is an aluminum electrode rod coated with polytetrafluoroethylene on its surface, with both ends sealed and insulated. The power box is a high-voltage electrostatic generator, with an input of 220V, 50Hz AC and an output of 7500V DC. The high-voltage DC is transmitted to the ion rod probe through a connecting cable. A high-voltage electrostatic field is generated at the probe of the ion rod, with a current of less than 1mA; it belongs to the intrinsic safety type, so there is no electrolytic effect and no risk to personal safety.

1、 Introduction to ion rod electrostatic water processor:

3、 Working principle of ion rod electrostatic water processor:
◆ Anti scaling:
The ion rod changes the electronic structure of water molecules through the direct action of a high-voltage electrostatic field of ≥ DC7500V (up to 20000V). The water dipole surrounds the anions and cations in the water and arranges them in a strong and neat chain in positive and negative order, preventing them from moving freely. The cations in the water do not tend towards the wall, preventing calcium and magnesium ions from forming scale on the wall, thus achieving the purpose of scale prevention.
◆ Scale removal:
Due to the effect of static electricity, the binding force between scale molecules and the crystal structure can be changed in structural crystals, promoting the loosening of hard scale and increasing the dipole distance of water dipoles, enhancing their hydration ability with salt ions, thereby increasing the dissolution rate of scale. This allows the already generated scale to gradually erode and fall off under the erosion of water flow, achieving the purpose of scale removal.
◆ Rust removal:
Rust scale is a type of scale, and removing it can remove rust.
◆ Sterilization and algae killing:
