Self cleaning filterWorking Principle:
The filter medium enters from the inside of the filter cartridge, and after multiple layers of filtration, the solid suspended solids in the liquid are trapped on the inner wall of the filter cartridge. As the amount of dirt gradually increases, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter increases. When the pressure difference reaches the set value (0.01-0.10Mpa), the drain suction nozzle turns to the bottom of a certain filter cartridge, and the drain valve opens, causing a sharp drop in pressure inside the filter cartridge. At this time, the pressure difference inside and outside the filter cartridge rapidly increases, and the clean water outside the cartridge strongly backwashs the filter cartridge, instantly cleaning the dirt * inside the filter cartridge. Then, the drain nozzle turns to the next filter cartridge for backwashing until all filter cartridges are cleaned and the pressure difference returns to the set state.
a. The backwash filter uses multiple filter cartridges for filtration, with a large effective filtration area and low pressure loss. Design the filtration area to be 3-5 times the inlet and outlet area.
b. Easy maintenance and repair: set up maintenance manholes, convenient loading and unloading of filter cartridges, and no tools required for backwashing filters.
c. Adopting a structure of multiple filter cartridges for filtration and cleaning each filter cartridge one by one, with uninterrupted water supply during cleaning.
d. Program control: Various parameters of the system can be set according to the actual situation of the user's site.
e. Advanced control system: The control system has high accuracy and can adjust its working mode and operating status according to different water quality to improve its adaptability to water quality.
f. Convenient control method: pressure difference/time can be controlled simultaneously or separately, and can be freely selected according to actual working conditions and needs, with automatic operation; Simultaneously equipped with a manual/automatic switch, the control mode can be pre-set, and electrical interlocking can be achieved, ensuring stability and reliability.
g. There is a local control system, and if necessary, a remote control switch can be installed to achieve both local and remote operations.
h. The backwash filter has functions such as operating status output and fault alarm output to ensure that the equipment operates under safe and reliable conditions.
