The electric field polarization treatment of industrial and domestic water can effectively remove the widespread problems of scaling, bacterial and algal growth, and pipeline corrosion in various water systems. It is achieved through the direct action of high-voltage electrostatic fields to change the physical structure of water molecules, so that the cations contained in the water do not tend towards the wall, thus achieving the purpose of scale prevention. Due to the effect of electrostatic field, the binding between molecules can be disrupted in the scaling system, changing the crystal structure, promoting the looseness of hard scale, increasing the dipole distance of water, and improving the dissolution rate of scale, gradually peeling off and detaching the already formed scale, achieving the purpose of scale removal. Working Principle:

1. Anti scaling
The ion rod changes the electronic structure of water molecules through the direct action of a high-voltage electrostatic field. The water dipole surrounds the anions and cations in the water and arranges them in a neat chain in positive and negative order, preventing them from moving freely. The cations in the water do not tend towards the wall, preventing calcium and magnesium ions from forming scale on the wall, thus achieving the purpose of scale prevention.
2. Scale removal
Due to the effect of static electricity, the electronic binding force between molecules can be destroyed in the scaling system, changing the crystal structure, promoting the looseness of hard scale, and increasing the dipole distance of water dipoles, enhancing their hydration ability with salt ions, thereby increasing the dissolution rate of scale and gradually eroding and shedding the already produced scale, thus achieving the purpose of scale removal.
3. Sterilization and algae removal
Ionic rods produce a certain amount of reactive oxygen species such as O2-, OH, O3, which can effectively destroy biological cells, alter the biological field in which bacteria and algae survive, affect bacterial physiological metabolism, and thus play a role in killing bacteria and algae.
