Installation precautions:
There are several incorrect installation methods, please be very cautious and install correctly, otherwise it will damage the MKH ultrasonic thermometer.
Please do not hold the meter head with your hands before using a wrench to tighten the nut during installation. Because the header is made of plastic, it is easy to damage the header components. The correct way is to use a wrench to tighten the connecting pipe nuts on both sides;

When the heat meter is installed horizontally, the direction of the integrator is facing upwards. If the integrator is facing sideways, it will cause the transducers on both sides to not be on the same horizontal plane, and air may accumulate at the transducer at a higher height, resulting in inaccurate or inaccurate measurement of the heat meter;

When the heat meter is installed vertically, it must be installed on a straight pipeline with upward water flow, because the pipeline with downward water flow will be affected by the gravity of the earth, which will cause the water in the pipeline to be unable to fill the pipe section;
When installing the heat meter at the "U" - shaped pipe, please install the heat meter at the lowest point, as air may accumulate in the pipe at a higher location, causing the heat meter to not measure or measure accurately.
When installing a valve or other object on the heat meter, it is necessary to ensure that the distance between the meter box and the object is greater than 5 times the diameter of the pipe. When installing a valve or other object behind the meter, it is also necessary to ensure that there is a distance of at least 2 times the diameter of the pipe between the meter and the object, otherwise it may cause incorrect measurement of the heat meter.
