1、 Function and Application of Horizontal Fully Automatic Sewage Filter
LJZPG automatic backwash sewage filter can be widely used in central air conditioning systems, industrial cooling water systems, heat exchange systems, hot water boiler systems, and various other water supply pipeline systems, especially in 24-hour continuous operation non-stop systems. It can filter out various mechanical impurities and particulate debris generated during water operation, ensuring reliable operation of the system equipment.

2、 Structure and Working Principle of Horizontal Fully Automatic Sewage Filter
The LJZPG-L series automatic backwash sewage filter adopts stainless steel mesh with high processing capacity, long service life, and cleaning efficiency. Impurities entering the filter inlet with the fluid are intercepted by the mesh and accumulate at the back end of the filter screen. When it is necessary to discharge, turn the handle to close the diversion valve plate and open the discharge valve at the same time. At this point, the intercepted pressurized water flow is forced to enter the outer side of the filter cartridge and the shell interlayer through the inlet section of the filter cartridge, and in the opposite direction, flush the impurities adhered to the mesh from the outer side of the filter screen, and discharge them from the negative pressure discharge outlet, achieving the purpose of cleaning the filter cartridge. During the process of sewage discharge, most of the fluid still circulates in the system pipeline, truly achieving uninterrupted operation and improving production efficiency.

6、 Installation position of automatic backwash sewage filter
Before installing LJZPG-L, it is necessary to have sufficient understanding of the current water treatment system, be familiar with the pipeline layout and water flow direction of the system, in order to be able to install filtration equipment in the correct position.
The LJZPG-L automatic backwash sewage filter can replace the 90O elbow and be installed horizontally or vertically. When installed vertically, the water flow direction should be from top to bottom; During installation, it should be noted that the direction of the arrow on the body casing must be aligned with the direction of the water flow. During normal operation, the diversion valve plate is in the open state.

◎ Normal filtering state... By turning the handle to the "on" mark, control the diversion valve plate inside the filter to open and allow the pipeline fluid * to pass through the filter, and the discharge port is closed

1. Regularly backwash and discharge sewage
Regularly clean and discharge pollutants, with a set time of 2-24 hours for operation. When the scheduled time is up, the electric actuator opens the drain valve,filterPerform sewage discharge for 30-60 seconds, then the electric actuator rotates the butterfly valve 90 ° to block the filter cartridge position, changes the water flow path, and performs backwash sewage discharge for 30-60 seconds. Reset the butterfly valve and continue draining for 3-5 seconds, then close the drain outlet.


2. Differential pressure control for sewage discharge
The operating value of the differential pressure controller can be set to 0.03-0.07MPa. When the pressure difference before and after the filter reaches the set value of the differential pressure controller, the differential pressure controller will operate,filterOpen the drain valve and wait for 30-60 seconds to complete. Reset the butterfly valve and continue draining for 3-5 seconds before closing the drain valve.

By pressing the buttons on the control box, one can directly control the cleaning and discharging of pollutants.
