The constant pressure water replenishment device operates by utilizing the expandability of gas. After the installation of the constant pressure water replenishment device, the upper limit P2 (pump stop pressure), lower limit P1 (pump start pressure), and pressure values of the pressure switch can be set (specific setting values can be set according to customer needs). After the above work is completed, the power can be turned on to start water supply. Start the water pump and fill the building pipeline network and pressure stabilizing tank with water. As water is an incompressible liquid, the volume of the water chamber continues to expand as the water volume increases. The bladder shaped diaphragm continuously expands outward, squeezing the air chamber and causing its volume to continuously decrease. The pressure inside the tank also increases continuously. When the set pressure P2 is reached, the water pump automatically stops. Due to the decrease in the volume of water in the system, when the system pressure decreases, the gas in the tank expands and pushes the water pressure in the bag back into the system. In this way, the volume of the water chamber continues to shrink, and the bag shaped diaphragm continues to contract. When the water in the water chamber is almost used up, the pressure inside the tank also drops to the design pressure P1. At this time, the pressure switch touches the set lowest pressure contact, and the water pump automatically starts, allowing water to fill the pipe network and water chamber again. Repeat the above process to supply water to the water system. The above operation process is achieved by the pressure switch controlling the start and stop of the water pump through the electrical control box.

The softening effect of the constant pressure water replenishment device: A softening water device (optional) is installed on the system's water replenishment pipeline to soften the external water quality of the system.

This diaphragm expansion tank will corrode severely after a period of use, while the capsule expansion tank is a complete capsule that balances pressure fluctuations through the expansion and contraction of the capsule. The medium does not directly contact the carbon steel shell, so the expansion tank can be used for a long time without rusting.
