Fully automatic speed filter sand cylinder, also known as bypass filter(Shallow sand filter)It is commonly used as a bypass filter in central air conditioning water treatment and industrial circulating water treatment, also known as a side filter sand filter. It can also be used throughout the entire process for swimming pool circulating water processors, large-scale artificial landscape water circulating processors, and agricultural irrigation. The cylinder body is made of carbon steel material, which is not easily worn, easy to operate, and provides an economical and high-performance configuration. The designed water distributor ensures even water flow. In addition to quartz sand, other filter materials available for selection include manganese sand, activated carbon, anthracite, fiber balls, resin, zeolite, etc. Easy to install, maintain, and upkeep.

The key to filtration lies in a large filtration area, reliable mechanical design, simple structure, good water distribution, and uniform water collection. Working status:
When the system is in a filtered state, unfiltered water passes through the water distributor and, in conjunction with the casing, reaches the filter material layer (sand) inside the filter in a nearly laminar state. When water flows through the filter layer, impurities are trapped within the filter layer. Pass the filtered water throughwater collectorCollect and flow out evenly. Advection filtration determines the flow rate at which the filter can still achieve good filtration.


Backwash status:
As impurities accumulate in the filter layer, the head loss will continue to increase. When the head loss reaches a certain set limit, the system will automatically switch to backwash mode to clean the accumulated impurities.
Backwash is carried out every time the pressure difference reaches 0.05-0.07MPa, and after the backwash is completed, the pressure difference returns to the initial 0.02-0.03MPa.
Backwashing applies the principles of backwashing and surface scrubbing.
