Manual backwash filterThe P-type backwash sewage filter is mainly composed of a carbon steel cylinder, a stainless steel wedge-shaped filter screen, a butterfly valve, and sewage equipment. When the filter is working, the butterfly valve is in the open state, and the water flow enters the filter from the inlet, passes through the filter screen, and is filtered to the outlet. When the filter needs to discharge water, close the butterfly valve and open the discharge valve. The water flows through the first half of the filter screen, and some of the water flows into the system through the outlet. The remaining water flows from the outer side of the second half of the filter screen into the inner side and is discharged through the discharge outlet, playing a role in reverse automatic flushing of the filter screen. The entire flushing process system can work normally without stopping.

Manual backwash filterInstallation and use:

The P-type backwash sewage filter should be installed horizontally or vertically. When installed vertically, the water flow direction should be from top to bottom. During installation, attention should be paid to the direction of the arrow on the housing being consistent with the water flow. During normal operation, the butterfly valve is in the open state. When sewage needs to be discharged, close the butterfly valve and open the sewage valve until the discharged water quality becomes clear. Close the drain valve and open the butterfly valve to complete the drain process, and the equipment enters normal operation.
